About Me
Hi, I am Kent, the Owner of aDK HomeInspections. I have been in Construction, in one form or another, since my Grandfather handed me a hammer when I was 6 years old. I have owned and operated my own Landscape Company as well as managed properties for several Condominium owners. A Project Manager for the second largest Waterproofing and Coatings company in Florida. Managed construction of commercial industrial buildings. I also have worked for an Engineering firm testing concrete, performing soil tests for percolation, and testing soil compaction for foundations. I have held Alabama Pesticide Licenses for Ornamental Turf as well as Structural and Household Pest.
As a brief aside here; yes, I am aware of the fragmented sentences I have used, but I want you to hear ME, in MY voice, before we even meet!
